Swift Staffing is a full service staffing company that was Officeestablished in 1989. We provide administrative, accounting, human resources and information technology professionals to firms in the Baltimore, MD and Washington, DC area.

Our goal is to consistently “Exceed our Clients’ Expectations”. We accomplish this by thoroughly screening all candidates for employment and spending the time to understand our clients’ needs. This ensures that we have the best possible match between our associates skills and our clients requirements.

In our technical services groups we strive to stay abreast of changes in the rapidly changing field of information technology. We use the most cost effective tools available to help our clients achieve their goals. Many times this means that we will use open-source applications. We develop and host websites and for a limited time we offer a $50 referral bonus for referring new website clients (the bonus will be paid after the client signs an agreement and it only applies to new clients).

Ronald and Gladenia Swift started the business as a franchise in 1989 and we became an independent company under our current name in 1999. Tasha Turner, their daughter, has been with the company for over 23 years and Michael Jamison, the General Manager, has been with the company for more than 20 years.
