Technical Recruiter needed for our information technology services provider in Columbia, Maryland. The Recruiter will provide full, life-cycle recruiter for technical positions at government agencies. Position is contract.
- Partner with Hiring Managers, Human Resources and Leadership to develop and execute staffing strategies.
- Source and work with candidates with high-level clearances.
- Develop and maintain social and new media strategies for attracting candidates.
- Develop and support branding efforts to appeal to and attract exceptional talent.
- Recruit for a variety of technical positions ranging from Programmers to Project Managers.
- Strategically advise hiring managers on best practices and develop collaborative solutions for identifying and hiring talented professionals.
- Demonstrated experience in a fast paced, life-cycle technology recruiting environment.
- Creative passive and active sourcing experience.
- Ability to collaboratively work with a team of talented professionals.
- Good understanding of the security clearance process.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must be available to work on site.
