Job Information

Part Time Office Assistant needed for our financial services client.   The Office Assistant will provide general clerical support and work as a floater on a as needed basis.

Essential Duties:

Responsibilities include sign in of clients, reception, scanning of documents, and filing of documents. Must be able to type. Tax prep knowledge not required.

  • Answering & directing calls.
  • Signing in clients.
  • Shredding.
  • Filing tax forms.
  • Maintaining mail logs & preparing out going mail.
  • Inventory.
  • Scanning and document assembly .
  • Data entry – creating, maintaining, and entering information.
  • Performing general office clerk duties and errands.


  • At least 1 year of general clerical experience.
  • High school diploma.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under multiple deadlines.
  • Have a valid driver license.
  • Type at least 40 wpm.
  • Word and Excel skills.
  • Attention to detail.
