Office Services Clerk needed for our government client in Downtown Baltimore.   Clerk will provide clerical support to department personnel.   Two year contract position.

Essential Duties:

  • Reviews and verifies information in records and applications.
  • Updates and maintains files, logs, schedules, rosters and records.
  • Types correspondence and reports.
  • Processes and issues permits, licenses, vouchers and invoices.
  • Collects/posts fees, makes corrections and updates accounts.


  • Knowledge of office equipment and procedures.
  • Good spelling, filing, grammar and math skills.
  • Type at least 40 wpm.
  • Ability to compose basic correspondence.
