Office Services Clerk needed for our government client in Downtown Baltimore. Clerk will provide clerical support to department personnel. Two year contract position.
- Reviews and verifies information in records and applications.
- Updates and maintains files, logs, schedules, rosters and records.
- Types correspondence and reports.
- Processes and issues permits, licenses, vouchers and invoices.
- Collects/posts fees, makes corrections and updates accounts.
- Knowledge of office equipment and procedures.
- Good spelling, filing, grammar and math skills.
- Type at least 40 wpm.
- Ability to compose basic correspondence.
