Administrative Assistant needed for our education client in Baltimore City. The Assistant will type documents, enter spreadsheet data and create PowerPoint presentations. Three to six month contract position.
- Data entry into client’s database.
- Create documents for supervisor approval.
- Create PowerPoint presentations.
- Enter and update student records into the spreadsheet.
- Create Excel formulas to generate reports.
- Processing emails.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Type at least 45 wpm.
- Good attention to detail.
- Two or more years of current Administrative experience.
- Must be available to work between the hours of 8am-4:30pm Monday through Friday.
