Administrative Assistant needed for our education client in Baltimore City.      The Assistant will type documents, enter spreadsheet data and create PowerPoint presentations.    Three to six month contract position.

Essential Duties:

  • Data entry into client’s database.
  • Create documents for supervisor approval.
  • Create PowerPoint presentations.
  • Enter and update student records into the spreadsheet.
  • Create Excel formulas to generate reports.
  • Processing emails.

Qualifications:

  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
  • Type at least 45 wpm.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Two or more years of current Administrative experience.
  • Must be available to work between the hours of 8am-4:30pm Monday through Friday.
